As a gesture of consideration, we endeavor to assess your behavioral health benefits proactively before your initial session. Our office takes the initiative to verify your insurance benefits and handles direct billing to your insurance company. It's crucial to understand that while benefit verification is conducted diligently, it does not guarantee coverage or reimbursement. Patients/clients are encouraged to be familiar with their policy, and in instances where healthcare insurance doesn't cover certain services, full payment becomes the responsibility of the patient/client.

Accepted Out-of-Network Insurance

Out-of-network providers are professionals not affiliated with your health plan's network. This distinction may result in higher patient costs for services rendered. At Resilient Children and Families, we prioritize supporting our patients and families by offering a flexible sliding fee scale, based on income, to alleviate financial strain. Additionally, we provide patients/clients with a comprehensive "superbill," a detailed receipt that includes crucial information:

Client's name, date of birth, address, and insurance details (company, ID/Group, etc.).
Clinician's name, tax ID, NPI, and office address.
Session dates (Dates of Service), CPT codes, and the client's diagnosis.
Session charges and the corresponding client payment amount.
Clear guidance on where payments should be directed (in this case, to the client).
